## Where their work shows up

Kaushik's vendor-neutral commentary is most useful on the questions where marketing is loudest: what [zero trust](https://startwithidentity.com/guides/fundamentals/what-is-zero-trust/) actually requires, why [passwordless](https://startwithidentity.com/guides/fundamentals/what-is-passwordless/) is a user-experience claim before it is a security one, and where [non-human identity](https://startwithidentity.com/guides/fundamentals/what-is-non-human-identity/) governance is heading.
