🇳🇴 Norway
Norway uses the ID-porten gateway operated by the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency (Digdir) to give citizens access to public services. Citizens log in with bank-led BankID or the government-issued MinID.
BankID is Norway's most widely used electronic identity, issued by banks and accepted across public and private services. It is one of the eIDs available through the national ID-porten gateway. The BankID app allows login, identity verification and signing from a smartphone.

It provides a lower-to-substantial assurance login using a PIN code letter and one-time codes. It lets residents access tax, health and municipal services online.
