The community team does its best to verify what we publish and to keep it current, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is accurate, complete, or up to date. Markets move quickly: vendors change features, pricing, ownership, and direction, and our profiles may lag those changes. Capability scores reflect our independent assessment against a published methodology and are opinions, not statements of fact.

Please understand that this is a volunteer, community-run project. We receive a large volume of messages, so a reply can take us a few months, and sometimes longer. We read what comes in and prioritize clear, sourced corrections from practitioners.

What we can and cannot help with

• We welcome factual corrections, sourced updates, and professional, practitioner-oriented questions about the identity space.
• As a non-profit community portal, we do not take on non-professional requests, marketing or promotional asks, paid placement, removal-for-payment, or legal demands.
• If you believe content is genuinely incorrect, the fastest path to a fix is a polite note with a credible source. We update profiles on a rolling, best-effort basis.

No sponsorship

We take no vendor sponsorship and accept no payment to add, rank, improve, or remove a profile. Rankings and scores are not for sale. This independence is the whole point of the project, and it is why we keep our scope to good-faith, community-driven analysis.
