Diia (app and Diia.ID)
Diia is Ukraine's flagship digital government app and portal, launched in 2020 under the State in a Smartphone programme. It hosts digital identity documents, including digital passports, and provides Diia.ID for authentication and electronic signing. Ukraine became the first country to make digital passports legally equal to physical ones.
