Bio
Filip Skokan has maintained the JavaScript ecosystem's core OpenID Connect and JOSE libraries since 2015: openid-client on the relying-party side, node-oidc-provider on the server side, and jose for the cryptography underneath both. His libraries carry OpenID Connect certification for the Basic, FAPI 1.0, and FAPI 2.0 relying-party profiles. He is also a Node.js core collaborator and TSC member.

Where their work shows up
A large share of Node applications that speak OpenID Connect correctly do so because these libraries exist and are certified, which means the signature checks, nonce handling, and PKCE flow were implemented once by someone who reads the specifications rather than a thousand times from blog posts.
