Kristina Yasuda edits OpenID for Verifiable Presentations and OpenID for Verifiable Credential Issuance, the two protocols that move credentials between issuers, wallets, and verifiers. She works at SPRIND, the German federal agency running the country's digital identity wallet programme, and contributes to the high-assurance interoperability profiles that national schemes build against.

Where their work shows up
Verifiable credentials define what a credential is. OpenID4VC defines how it gets from a government issuer into a wallet and then into a verifier's hands, which is the part that has to work identically across member states, vendors, and devices for any of it to matter.
