Saviynt launches Zuma, an AI identity platform, as ARR passes 300 million dollars

Zuma splits into Insights, Governance, and Access: discover AI and non-human identities, apply lifecycle and certification controls, then decide at runtime whether an agent's next action is allowed. Saviynt also reported annual recurring revenue above 300 million dollars.

Saviynt has launched Zuma, a platform for discovering and governing AI agents, large language models, AI applications, and other non-human identities. It ships in three parts. Zuma Insights discovers AI and machine identities and maps ownership, activity, and access. Zuma Governance adds lifecycle controls, access reviews, policy enforcement, and audit evidence. Zuma Access evaluates an agent's intent, permissions, context, and risk before it completes a task. Alongside the launch Saviynt reported annual recurring revenue above 300 million dollars, bookings growth over 80 percent, and 96 percent customer retention. The company's argument is that existing tools cannot answer where AI systems are deployed, what they are doing, and what they can reach.

Why it matters

Zuma is the IGA incumbents' answer to the startups their rivals have been buying. SailPoint bought Entro, ServiceNow bought Veza, Cisco bought Astrix. Saviynt, still private and now at scale, is building rather than buying.

The interesting half is Zuma Access, because runtime intent evaluation is a genuinely different control from a quarterly certification, and it puts Saviynt in the same argument as P0 Security, Akeyless, and C1 rather than its usual IGA peers. Treat the intent claim as the thing to test: ask what signal defines intent, what the decision latency is under load, and what happens on a policy-engine timeout, because fail-open at agent speed is an outage disguised as a control. Our guide to securing AI agent identities covers the evaluation.
