The largest cybersecurity conference in the world. Identity has a strong track but it's one of many. Best for buyers consolidating cybersecurity strategy and for vendors with broad security platform plays.

Who attends

CISOs, security architects, vendor sales and marketing in vast quantities, journalists, analysts. The vendor floor is overwhelming.

Content quality

Mixed. Identity-specific sessions are usually high quality but you have to hunt for them. Keynote tracks tend toward broader cybersecurity themes. Side events and after-parties drive much of the value.

Worth attending if

• You're a CISO making purchase decisions across the security stack, identity included
• You want the broadest possible vendor exposure in one trip
• Side conversations and dinners matter more than session attendance
