eObcanka is the standard Czech national identity card carrying a contact electronic chip that enables online electronic identification and authentication for public administration services. The chip holds an identification certificate fixed at manufacture and must be activated with access codes before electronic use. It is the eID means notified by the Czech Republic under eIDAS at the high assurance level.

The Mobile Key is a free state-issued smartphone app that lets users log in to Identita obcana services by scanning a QR code on the portal login screen and approving the request on the phone, without extra SMS codes. The same app also signs users in to datove schranky (data boxes).

Bank iD lets clients of Czech banks use their existing online and mobile banking credentials as a digital identity to log in, verify identity, and sign documents across government and private services. It is the most widely used login means within Identita obcana, supporting identification, authentication, and electronic signing.
