eObcanka (electronic citizen ID card)
eObcanka is the standard Czech national identity card carrying a contact electronic chip that enables online electronic identification and authentication for public administration services. The chip holds an identification certificate fixed at manufacture and must be activated with access codes before electronic use. It is the eID means notified by the Czech Republic under eIDAS at the high assurance level.
