Trust over IP (ToIP)

A Linux Foundation framework that organizes decentralized trust into a dual stack: technology layers (identifiers, credentials, protocols) and governance layers (rules, trust registries, ecosystems). It gives SSI deployments a shared model for how technical and human trust combine.
