Overview

NetIQ Identity Governance, now under OpenText, is a long-standing governance and administration suite with deep on-premises roots and a large installed base.

Capability deep-dive

Provisioning, certification, and policy are mature and cover complex legacy environments well. The platform is traditional and implementation-heavy, with developer experience and cloud-native agility behind newer entrants, and roadmap energy is a fair question under OpenText.

Pricing

Quote-based enterprise licensing.

Bottom line

A fit for existing OpenText/NetIQ shops with on-prem needs, not a greenfield cloud pick.
