Integrity360 announced on August 27, 2026 that it has acquired CyberIAM, an identity services specialist founded in 2016 with offices in Chester, London, and Cape Town. CyberIAM brings roughly 120 practitioners covering design, architecture, assessment, deployment, and managed services across IAM, IGA, PAM, and CIAM, with delivery experience on CyberArk, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, and Saviynt. The deal adds about 18 million euros of revenue, taking Integrity360 to a 230 million euro run rate and around 900 staff across three continents. Terms were not disclosed.

Why it matters

Most identity consolidation coverage tracks product vendors buying product vendors. This is the other half of the market: the integrator layer. Enterprise IGA and PAM programs fail on delivery far more often than on product selection, and the pool of people who have actually run a SailPoint or CyberArk rollout end to end is small enough that buying the firm is faster than hiring the team. Executive chairman Ian Brown framed identity as "the primary control plane for cybersecurity," which is also the pitch every platform vendor now makes. For buyers, the practical read is that independent implementation partners keep getting absorbed, so check who will still be neutral when your integrator is owned by someone with a product line. Our acquisitions tracker follows the wider consolidation picture.
